Dear Parents,                                                                                                                           March 2008

I would like to invite you to enroll your child in the 21^st Century Afterschool program here at Lotspeich Elementary. I am enclosing a brochure with programming information. If you would like for your child to attend 21^st Century please complete the enclosed Registration Forms and return with your child.

21^st Century

Students are to report to the cafeteria at 3:15 p.m. at dismissal time and they will receive a snack and complete their homework. Students will attend 21^st Century activities from 4:00 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. Students who are not riding the bus must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. If you would like for your child to ride the bus home please indicate on the registration form. Students who attend tutoring with their teachers can report to 21^st Century when their tutoring ends.

Boys & Girls Club

1^st through 4^th grade students will attend the Boys & Girls Club every Tuesday. We will leave campus by bus at 4:00 p.m. and return to campus by 6:00 p.m. Bus students will be bused home as usual. Please complete the Boys & Girls Club registration (front & back) as well as have your child sign. Your child will not attend Boys & Girls club without your signed permission. They will be assigned to remain on campus with a 21^st Century teacher. Kinder students enrolled in 21^st Century will remain on campus in the library with a teacher for 21^st Century activities.

Family Night

Family Night will be held on Wednesday evenings and flyers are sent out announcing the event details. All Lotspeich students (PK through 4^th) are invited to attend with their families. Topics covered include- Pumpkin carving, Mum & garter making, Movie Night, Mexican Bingo, and others.

Monthly calendars are sent home with your child informing you of programming dates as well as the dates on which 21^st Century programming will NOT be held. Please make arrangements to pick your child up promptly at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesdays and on all days when 21^st Century programming will not be held.

Querría invitarle matricularse a su niño en el programa 21st Century Afterschool aquí en Lotspeich Elemental. Encierro un folleto con programar información. Si usted querría para su niño asista el 21st Century programa completa por favor los formularios de inscripción y el regreso encerrados con su niño.

21^st Century

Los estudiantes son de informar al cafeteria  en 3:15 de la tarde en tiempo de despido y ellos recibirán un snack y completarán sus tarea de la escuela. Los estudiantes asistirán las actividades del 21st Century programa de 4:00 de la tarde hasta 5:45 de la tarde. Los estudiantes que no cabalgan el autobús deben ser recogidos por 6:00 de la tarde. Si usted querría para su niño cabalgue el autobús en casa indica por favor en el formulario de inscripción. Los estudiantes que asisten dar clases privadas con sus maestros pueden informar al 21st Century cuando sus fines que dan clases privadas.

Boys & Girls Club

Primer por estudiantes cuartos de grado asistirá a Boys & Girls Club todos los martes. Saldremos campus en autobús en 4:00 de la tarde y el regreso al campus por 6:00 de la tarde. Los estudiantes del autobús serán bused en casa como de costumbre. Complete por favor a Boys & Girls Club matrícula (la frente & atrás) así como tiene su signo de niño. Su niño no asistirá a Boys & Girls Club sin su permiso firmado. Ellos serán asignados para quedarse en el campus con un maestro del 21st Century programa.  Los estudiantes kinder matriculados en el 21st Century se quedarán en el campus en la biblioteca con un maestro para actividades de 21st Century .

Family Night

La Noche de la familia será tenida el miércoles por la tarde y los aviadores son mandados anunciando los detalles del acontecimiento. Todos estudiantes de Lotspeich (PK por 4) son invitados a asistir con sus familias. Los temas cubrieron incluyen- tallado de Calabaza, el Crisantemo, la Noche de Película, Bingo mexicano, y los otros.

Los calendarios mensuales son mandados en casa con su niño que informa usted de programar fecha así como las fechas en cuál programar del 21st Century no serán tenidas. Por favor arreglos de marca para recoger a su niño inmediatamente en 3:15 de la tarde los miércoles y en todos días cuando programar de 21st Century no será tenido.
