are there today we're going to learn how to remove someone from the autocomplete field and Outlook in our case this Hoover had some problems with her email box that we corrected and made her a new box so those of you who have her in your shortcuts and Outlook are going to have problems sending turn off to her until we actually remove the link to her old mailbox and create a link to a new mailbox so here's how we're going to do it if you want I'll walk you through that so let's go ahead and get back to Outlook and we're going to create a new message and and the two field we're going start typing in Miss Hoover's name is you'll notice as I'm typing it automatically brought up her name because it memorized the last time I sent her an e-mail okay so once we've Matt and found her if you'll roll over to this little X and hover your mouse over it you'll notice that it says to delete there we're going to go ahead and delete this and what what we'll do is remove that entry from our autocomplete the next time we type in  Janine it doesn't remember her so that's a good I'm so go ahead and clear that out  shoe box ever going to actually type in her name again pewter to find her name add directory so now that it sounded we're going to double click her name and you'll notice that it places it into two bucks so we'll click okay and now this is poi ran into her new mailbox and those of you who have had problems sending her emails should have no problems getting an email to her now
