good afternoon today we're going to cover how you can recover a deleted item even after you've emptied your trash can inside of Office 365 for our purposes I've created this email from myself with the convenient subject to please rescue me so it will do is go ahead and select that and say we want to delete you notice that it went from my inbox and now it's letting here in my deleted items folder so just to prove how good this is what we're going to do is we're going to right click on deleted items or we're going to tell it to empty that folder and it's going to ask us are you sure you want to delete all the messages we're going to tell it okay now this case the the term permanently is used rather liberally and I show you what I mean so say tomorrow when you realize oh my goodness I do need that email that I deleted and empty my trash can of yesterday if we come over to deleted items folder no notice this beautiful link here saying hey do you need to recover an email so let's go ahead and follow that link and it'll spawn a new window and in the window it will show you everything that you have emptied from your trash can in our case we're looking for the one that says please rescue me we're going to go ahead and select that one and we'll come up here to this menu bar and one of the options is to recover so let's go ahead and click on that and it tells you that whatever you recover if it's a meal I got your inbox calendars will go to your calendar folder Etc so again tell him okay and will notice that it's gone from the menu here so we're getting close this window and now we go look at her inbox  there's our message that we saved from the scrappy
