hi Michelle you how to search the corporate directory for someone you're looking for all you need to do is press the directories button over here and brings up this menu you going to use these blue down arrows to toggle up and down sonar case were looking for the corporate directory and we're going to hit the select  and it's going to ask us what better we're looking for Alice say we're looking for Norma costanera we're going to press the button repeatedly till we get the letter that we want we're going to select the letter for the first name had a letter for the last name and most cases this will be enough to get you the result so we're going to search now you'll notice that it brings up to results Norma Nancy Castillo in our case we want normal passing the other so we're going to go and leave it there and press the dial button if we wanted Nancy Castillo we could select her by hitting the down button one time pressing dial but want to go back up to miss coccinella and then hit dial on the button
