Dear Robstown ISD Parents, Guardians, and Employees,
Due to an anticipated hard freeze on the morning of Wednesday, January 22, all Robstown ISD schools and offices will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Additionally, all extracurricular activities, including UIL sporting events, practices, and games, are canceled until school resumes.
The City of Robstown and Nueces County Overnight Warming Center at the Robstown Community Center (415 Mainer Rd.) will remain open with extended hours until Thursday morning at 10 a.m. Transportation to the warming center is available fare-free on CCRTA buses, with Bus Route 34 stopping at #1229 GI Forum Village 1 being the most convenient option.
Due to the expected icy road conditions, we urge families to stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary. Please stay safe, and thank you for your understanding as we prioritize everyone’s safety.
