Robstown ISD celebrates its school social workers during National School Social Work Week, observed this year from March 1–7, 2026.
School social workers Christian De Leon, LCSW, and Maria Garza, LMSW, serve an important role in supporting both students and staff across the district. Through their compassion and dedication, they help connect families with resources, provide emotional support, and assist in removing barriers so students can focus on learning and growth.
Their work helps foster a positive and supportive environment throughout Cotton Picker Nation, strengthening the connection between schools, families, and the community.
