Robstown ISD is seeking passionate, dependable individuals to serve as substitute teachers for the 2026–2027 school year. The district has implemented an updated hiring process designed to prepare substitutes for success in the classroom while supporting student learning across the district.
Interested applicants have until July 10, 2026, to submit an application. Candidates who complete all required new hire paperwork will be invited to attend a mandatory substitute orientation. Completion of orientation is required before substitute teachers may begin working during the fall semester.
Returning substitutes do not need to reapply. You will receive an email invitation with orientation details.
