Robstown Independent School District is notifying families and staff that Robstown Early College High School will be closed on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, due to air conditioning issues affecting some areas of the campus.
The closure will allow the district to address the air conditioning issues without students and staff on campus.
This closure applies to Robstown Early College High School only. All other Robstown ISD campuses will remain open and operate on their regular schedules.
Seale Junior High students with first period at RECHS should report to Seale Junior High on Tuesday.
We understand the inconvenience an unexpected campus closure may cause our families and appreciate their patience and understanding as we work to address the issue.
Robstown ISD will provide additional updates to RECHS families and staff as information becomes available.
