 Title Programs Descriptions

Title I, Part A - Improving Basic Program Operation

Purpose: Title I, Part A provides supplemental resources to help schools with high concentrations of students from low-income families to enable all children to meet the state students’ performance standards.

Title IV, Part A - English Student Support & Academic Enrichment

Purpose: Title IV, Part A purpose is to improve the academic achievement of all students by providing access to well-rounded education, improve school learning conditions, & improve the use of technology to enhance digital literacy of students.

Title II, Part A - Teacher and Principal Training and Recruiting

Purpose: Title II, Part A provides financial assistance to districts to increase student academic achievement through improving teacher and principal quality and increasing the number of highly qualified teachers in classrooms and highly qualified campus administrators. 

Bilingual/ESL - Language Instructions for Limited English Proficient and Immigrant Students

Purpose: Bilingual/ESL instruction ensures that children who are Limited Proficient attain English proficiency and develop high levels of academic attainment in English, to meet the same challenging State Academic content and student academic achievement standards; and promote parental and community participation in language instruction educational programs for the parents and communities of Limited English Proficient children. 

Title III, Part A - English Language Acquisition, Language Enhancement, & Academic Achievement Act

Purpose: Title III, Part A purpose is to ensure that English language learner and immigrant students attain English language proficiency and meet the same challenging State academic content and student academic achievement standards as all children are expected to meet.

Anti-Bullying - Protecting Students from Bullying

Purpose: Robstown ISD is committed to the creation of a safe and academically successful environment for all students; to make sure our students are safe from bullying, cyber-bullying, harassment, and intimidation during school hours, at school events, on school buses and even after school hours.
