now that we switch to the Office 365 email system there are some messages that used to get into your inbox then may inadvertently be sent your junk email folder here's how you can remove that designation from a particular sender in this example will go to my in and you'll notice it and there's a junk email folder by clicking on that it'll show me the messages that have been designated as junk email that's a sue for our purposes that this is not a junk email and I want it not to get sent over here automatically all I have to do is select the message by clicking it once by right click on the message and go down to junk  I can roll down and tell it that this message is not junk you'll notice that it gives you a message saying it's going to be moved back into the inbox folder and then I can always trust email from this particular address so let's go ahead and leave that and click okay you'll notice that now the message has been moved from my junk email folder into my inbox and any future message from that taking her person will not be sent to the junk email folder
