Gives a brief overview on using the Sweep feature in Office 365 to clean your inbox of unwanted emails and to create a rule to automatically delete any future emails from a particular sender.

here's how you can use the swipe feature in Office 365 to help clean up your mailbox it's actually a really neat feature and it's not like to have it here in the web-based one so despite your best efforts to not get junk email sometimes you subscribe for stuff and they send you an e-mail when it gets annoying so let's say for example we want to get rid of this journey ad.com emails you say they send them to me every once in awhile if you'll notice I have the message selected I did so by clicking the mouse one time on the message might come up here to sweep and brings up a menu or have several choices one it'll go through and delete all of the messages from this sender so let's do that on this one you're going to do sleep and you'll notice but now all my emails from them are gone pretty cool if you want to take it a step further what you can do is let's get rid of these Kaspersky lab emails so of this time we have the message selected and go to sleep and now we say I want you to delete all the messages from the Inbox and delete any future messages from the cinder so when we do that and we tell it to what is actually doing is it's deleting those are longer in box already and it created a rule saying anytime I get an email from that sender please delete so we go in today the rules you'll notice that it added  the rule for that Cinder failure this persky noticed I'm sorry put it on top so anytime I'm home all from that email address it's automatically going to delete it for my thing I'll never have to worry about them again
